EverHaven, LLC (“EverHaven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers text message (SMS) and, where applicable, phone call communications (collectively, the “Messaging Services”) to guests and prospective guests who opt in. By opting in to any EverHaven Messaging Service, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”).

These SMS Terms are in addition to — and incorporate by reference — our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. EverHaven will never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

1. Types of Messages We Send

We organize our Messaging Services into two categories:

Transactional Messages

These messages are directly related to your reservation or stay and may be sent without separate marketing opt-in. Examples include:

  • Booking confirmations and receipts

  • Pre-arrival instructions and check-in details

  • Reservation updates, modifications, or cancellation confirmations

  • Campground-specific operational alerts (e.g., gate access codes, weather advisories, facility closures)

  • Post-stay follow-up messages related to your reservation


Promotional / Marketing Messages

These messages require your separate, explicit opt-in consent. Examples include:

  • Special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions

  • New campground announcements or property updates

  • Camping tips, activity highlights, and trip ideas

  • EverHaven news and program updates


You may opt in to Transactional Messages without opting in to Promotional Messages. Consent to receive Promotional Messages is never required to make a reservation.

2. How to Opt In

Transactional Messages

When completing a reservation on our Site, you will see a checkbox to consent to receiving automated text messages related to your reservation. By checking that box and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive Transactional Messages from EverHaven regarding that reservation. Consent is not required to complete your booking.

Promotional Messages

To receive Promotional Messages, you must separately check an SMS marketing opt-in box where provided (on our website, at check-in, or through another enrollment point we offer). By doing so, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from EverHaven at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies.

By opting in to either program, you represent that: (a) you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission for the mobile number provided; (b) you are 18 years of age or older; and (c) you are providing your consent voluntarily.

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of any EverHaven Messaging Service at any time by replying to any EverHaven text message with any of the following:

  • STOP

  • QUIT

  • CANCEL

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • END


Upon receipt of a valid opt-out command, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number for the applicable program. Opting out of Promotional Messages does not opt you out of Transactional Messages related to an active reservation, and vice versa.

You may also opt out by contacting us at sms@everhaven.com or by calling [EverHaven Phone Number]. Please note that opt-out requests may take up to 10 business days to process.

EverHaven and our messaging service providers are not responsible for failing to process opt-out requests that do not use the exact commands listed above, or that are sent to a number or short code we no longer use.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all messages you send and receive through our Messaging Services. These charges are billed by your wireless carrier and are your sole responsibility. EverHaven does not charge a fee to participate in our Messaging Services.

For details about your messaging plan, contact your wireless carrier. Common carriers participating in standard SMS programs include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier participation and availability may vary.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by program and depends on the nature of your reservation and your opt-in selections. Transactional Messages are sent as needed in connection with your reservation and stay. Promotional Messages are sent periodically, typically no more than [X] messages per month, though frequency may vary.

7. Privacy

The mobile phone number you provide for our Messaging Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your mobile number to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in consent to receive text messages will not be shared with any third party except as required to operate the Messaging Services (e.g., our SMS platform provider) or as required by law.

8. Security

EverHaven will never ask you to provide a password, full payment card number, or other sensitive personal information via text message. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from EverHaven that asks for this type of information, do not respond and contact us immediately at admin@everhavenresorts.com.

You acknowledge that anyone with access to your mobile device may be able to view messages you receive from EverHaven. EverHaven is not liable if a third party accesses your messages in this way.

9. Disclaimer

THE MESSAGING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. EVERHAVEN AND ITS MESSAGING SERVICE PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE MESSAGING SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. EVERHAVEN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FAILED, DELAYED, OR MISDIRECTED DELIVERY OF ANY MESSAGE SENT THROUGH THE MESSAGING SERVICES, OR FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON A MESSAGE. THE MESSAGING SERVICES MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ALL AREAS OR ON ALL WIRELESS CARRIERS.

10. Modifications

EverHaven may modify these SMS Terms at any time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above when changes are made. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Messaging Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms. EverHaven may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Messaging Services or change the short code or phone number used to deliver messages without notice.
